Will I be playing with other participants?
If you do not purchase all tickets, you may be paired with others.
How do I book an entire room?
To guarantee a private session, you will need to purchase all tickets for a specific game room. Our rooms have the following suggested capacity:
O’Malley’s Revenge | 3 - 8 players
Cursed Carnival | 3 - 12 players
Trapped in the 80's | 3 - 8 players
The Haunting | 3 - 12 players
Am I really going to be “locked” in a room?
Yes and no. You will be in a room with a locked door, but every door is equipped with an exit button. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.
How early should I arrive for my game?
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your game start time. Games will begin exactly at their start times so arriving late might cause you to have less than sixty minutes to play.
What is the cost per ticket?
$29.00 per person plus tax for regular admission. $26.00 per person plus tax for military admission (active or inactive service).
Free admission on your birthday with two paid players. Not to be combined with any other discount. Photo ID required.
Players six and under are free.
Do you offer refunds?
All of our games are non-refundable. However, we can reschedule your game if you contact us at least 24 hours prior to your game start time.
Is there an age limit?
Although our rooms are designed for adult minds, we invite players of all ages to participate in the challenge. None of the rooms have any scary or inappropriate puzzles or props.
